Market Muse Content Lifecycle
—I’m afraid of being boring, Sizzle. The way so many Substack writers are.
I’m not boring, Debby. Keep writing about me.
—True that. But you’ve been gone almost three months, and I’m finding it harder to talk to you.
I can still be your coach. ME and Coach Millie We’ll help you with content strategy
—Thank you, Sizzle dear.

—I read an interesting, helpful Facebook post last night, Sizzle—
Imagine that
—Yes. It was so good, and well written, I shared it. First I checked the source, and it turned out to be a grown-up who described himself as a digital creator.
Another surprise
—Complete.

—When I try to learn about content strategy, Sizzle, I’m told I need to take a more strategic role within my organization.
Didn’t Coach Millie say something like that?
—Not quite. She said that rather than look for ways not to be discouraged, I should remember my reasons to stay hopeful, and be strategically proactive.

She said you have Travels with Sizzle
She did. And we were both pleased that I got another funky little royalty check from Epigraph, the publisher of my memoir, Riptides. The royalty report included the sale of nine e-books! New news! Good news!
There ya go, Deb. And literary agents are reading your new query letter, which, like me, is straight-shooting and to the point
They are. It is. It has piqued the interest of one, and two others sent nice rejections. Agents are reading the letter, and they’re like parking places, agents are—you only need one.

Interesting that you are finding it harder to talk to Sizzle. I'm not a therapist or a psychologist, but I can't help wonder if that is a normal occurrence in the experience of grief? Regardless, I am glad to hear that you are still pursuing your writing and efforts to be published.
Hi Debby, glad that Sizzle and I are now your co-coaches. Go team📣🎉😘
